Data collected
After you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects navigation data such as pages viewed, visit source, UTM parameters, technical device information and an approximate geographic area. The ‘Request a demo’ form collects only information you provide voluntarily: name, company, work email and, if you wish, a message describing your context.
How that information travels
Submitting the form sends this information to an Asirem server, which immediately forwards it by email to contact@asirem.aero through our email delivery provider. This information is not kept in any database or analytics tool: the server relays it without storing it.
Purpose
Form information is used to arrange, at your initiative, a conversation about your passenger service coordination needs. Analytics data is used only to measure site traffic, visit sources and content viewed.
Retention
Once received, the email is kept like any other business message for as long as the conversation and commercial follow-up require. Audience measurement data retention depends on the setting applied to the Google Analytics 4 property.
Cookies and audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 and its cookies load only after you agree. You can refuse without affecting navigation and withdraw your agreement at any time through ‘Manage cookies’. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of the information concerning you by writing to contact@asirem.aero.
